Hydro Crunch gave me a great deal on a complete 400w light system. Their not only professional and curtis, but they made sure that what I was buying was going to work for my growing needs. (Most companies don't care what your growing or if they system will be powerful enough,they just want to sell the product and if it's not enough power or to much well too bad.)The 400w ballast works like a charm with three settings 400w/300w/and 200w, I run mine 24/7 at 400w and it doesn't even get warm. I will continue to buy products from Hydro Crunch for my growing needs. Their prices are better than fair but their service is unbeatable!!!
